Nathan R. Nicholson

Nathan is an associate attorney where he works on a variety of case types, including personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice. He attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he graduated 9th in his class, Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Nathan earned the highest grade in his class for Torts and Contracts, received the Faculty Legal Writing Award, was on Law Review, and was inducted into the Brainerd F. Currie Honors Society. During his final semester of law school, Nathan completed an externship with the Hon. C. Andrew Fuller, Hall County Superior Court. Nathan is a member of the 2020-2021 GTLA LEAD Class. Nathan was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022 and 2023. Nathan resides in Gainesville with his wife and son. When he is not working, Nathan enjoys traveling and going to Braves games.
