Joshua L. Bearden

Josh is an associate attorney where he works on a variety of case types, including personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice. He attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he graduated 5th in his class, Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Josh earned the highest grade in his class for Contracts and Legal Research, served as a teaching assistant to multiple professors, and was a member of Georgia Law Review, where he served as an Articles Editor. Throughout law school, Josh worked for the five Superior Court judges of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, and he completed an externship with the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office. Josh resides in Cumming with his wife.
