If you cannot settle a case through this Web Page, you cannot settle a case at a Mediation. All reasonable offers will be promptly responded to. If you prefer to send your offer by letter, feel free to do so. All settlements (absent prior agreement) will utilize the applicable Sample Releases below. All payments will be made within 14 days of written notice given to you by an authorized attorney at Cook Law Group, LLC. Any settlement involving a minor or incompetent will not be consummated without court approval.
